久々にトライセップからファイブスタートイNSCフィギュアを数量限定で発売します。今回はアメリカの「NAMA NIKU」とのコラボで、原作漫画の2色刷りカラーをモチーフにしたサンシャインバーミリオン（薄朱色）バージョンを製作。

Absolutely thrilled to partner with my long time friends at TRiCEP, Japan! Duke (the owner) and I first met back in 2011 at Yudetamago’s art studio in Tokyo. We have kept in contact over the years and worked together on a number of other projects (more to come there soon!)

The idea for this colorway stemmed from our shared passion for the original Kinnikuman manga. Last year we went comic book hunting together in Tokyo which gave us the idea for this release! The first ever appearance of Sunshine was in Jump Comics using this "vermillion" colored ink (see the third image in this post). That was our inspiration and this is our figure! Thank you for your support!

The Return of Kinnikuman Kinkeshi!

The set includes 11 classic series characters completely re-sculpted for the new line.  It also includes 4 entirely new sculpts based on characters from the current Kinnikuman Revival series.  Max Radial, Peek-a-boo, Nemesis and Strong the Budo will all be debuting in Keshi form for the first time.  This is just the first volume of a "premium Kinkeshi" series from Bandai with new characters introduced in the Revival series being included within each additional volume.

The product information page says the material is "PVC," so my guess is that they will have a look and feel similar to the 2004 Nintendo Game Cube x Bandai Kinnikuman Nisei and WazaKeshi series.  Where this is part of Bandai's premium collectors line, I really hope they avoid doing something similar to the cheaply made 29th anniversary re-releases. 

Perhaps some of the most exciting news for hardcore Kinkeshi collectors, is that all the new figures were sculpted by the son of the original Kinkeshi series sculptor, Keiji Hirota!  I am very pleased to see that they put so much care and thought into this line.  Yudetamago have said for years that the only way they would sign off on doing additional Kinkeshi, is if they were done right.  The recent comic series has been performing quite well in Japan, so hopefully this means a long line of fresh Kinkeshi to come!

Pachi Man Chibi Keshi Scale!

The Nama Nilla Wrestling Alliance is very excited to be sharing a booth with Mitari and Gargamel at Super Festival 65 in Tokyo!  We have been sitting on this figure since last year, so I am happy it is finally going to see the light of day.

The concept started when Mitari commissioned Nama Niku to make some Pachi (bootleg) type exclusives for their store in Japan.  The original idea was to do Keshi mash-ups inspired by Gargamel's Gacharoid Capsule Head Robots and the early 80's Gacha Gacha Man Kinkeshi Knockoff.

Pachi Man was supposed to be the mini sidekick companion piece for a Deka sized Capsule Machine character.  He was going to sit behind the glass chest piece (think Ravage & Soundwave), but we scrapped the Deka kitbash version in favor of a new original sculpt project...
